Resource efficiency technologies that will enable farmers to save and profit from lower fuel, electricity and fertiliser costs.
Renewable energy equipment including wind turbines, solar power, hydro and anaerobic digestion.
Slurry and nutrient management - demonstrations of the latest injection and trailing shoe kit.
Soil management and cultivation - show casing up to the minute cultivation equipment, soil aerators, sward lifters and shakerators.
Energy efficiency in the dairy parlour.
Specialists from FWAG will demonstrate how soil and slurry analysis can provide invaluable information to allow farmers to reduce their use of fertiliser and maximise the benefits of their slurries and manures.
The event will also include technical briefings on topics such as the best renewable energy generation options for different farm situations and available funding and interest free loans for renewable energy investment.
A free hot lunch will be provided.
