As a result of the Rural Development Programme (England) announcement this week regarding Environmental Stewardship agreements, Natural England will be writing to all Environmental Stewardship provisional agreement holders, advising them of the changes to the Scheme and of any amendments that need to be made to agreements.

The letters will contain details of next steps and contact details for those who have any queries. Where amendments need to be made, we will be contacting those farmers directly to discuss their individual agreement and options now available to them.
