Catchment Sensitive Farming

Catchment Sensitive Farming (CSF) delivers practical solutions and targeted support to enable farmers and land managers to take voluntary action to reduce diffuse water pollution from agriculture to protect water bodies and the environment.

Capital Grant Scheme

The Capital Grant Scheme is available in 2012/13 in the existing 50 priority catchments plus several new catchments and is targeted at holdings within specific areas of these catchments.

Partnerships

Free advice and capital grants are also available to farmers through local partners in 9 catchment partnerships. Advice events, information and tools on farm practices are provided through 4 national partnerships. See Partnerships for more details.
