You must contact Natural England’s legal service, provided by Hugh James solicitors, as soon as you become aware of anything that might affect the future of the green and before you:

  • add a new facility
  • grant an easement
  • license a new partner
  • adapt legal and grant agreements
  • take part in another funding scheme
