From October to December 2010 we received feedback on the following issues via our online feedback form:
A number of customers alerted us to occasional technical problems they experienced whilst using our website services or about other issues regarding publications offered. These included broken links, out of date data plus a few customers objected to specific content. Each incident was fully addressed in responses.
A number of complaints were made by individual licensing applicants ranging from overall speed of the process to unhappiness with specific decisions made by the Wildlife Licensing Team.
A few complaints were received about HLS agreements and HLS funding and the relevant teams responded. A customer also alerted us to incorrect mailing list details.
The complaints we received ranged from disturbances at a NNR site to a complaint about an NNR staff member, all of which were fully addressed in responses and action taken where necessary.
We received comments relating to Coastal Access at Weymouth Bay consultation.
We received one complaint relating to planning consents and impact on Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI’s) and another relating to badger control. These were escalated to senior level.
