From July to September 2010 we received feedback on the following issues via our online feedback form:
A customer shared a good news story of successful lapwing breeding on their holding.
A comment was received concerning contact details of Gowk Bank NNR. Complaints were raised by some users relating to site management, website signage details, illegal camping – all of which were fully addressed in responses and action taken where necessary.
Two complaints about the removal of a lime tree on Cannoncourt Farm Pit SSSI and one concerning website search pages.
A few complaints were made by individual licensing applicants relating to revocation of license and the overall speed of the process.
We received a complaint concerning Natural England’s service standards.
A few customers alerted us to occasional problems they experienced whilst using our website services. These included document download problems and scale size of Countryside Rights Of Way (CROW) maps offered. Each incident was fully addressed in responses.
One complaint was received about a HLS agreement and the relevant team responded. Praise was also recorded for Natural England’s work and an individual staff member for their work assisting a customer with applications.
